Our Process

Every water damage loss is different, but the process follows the same structured IICRC-compliant sequence. Here is what happens after you call.

Step 1 — Dispatch (first call)

You call (888) 508-0998. A live dispatcher captures your address, the type of loss (clean water, gray water, sewage, fire, etc.), and any safety concerns (active leak, electrical risk, occupied vs. vacant). We give you an arrival window — usually under 60 minutes for emergencies — and dispatch the closest available crew.

Step 2 — Mitigation (first 4 hours on site)

The crew stops the active loss (shutoff, source control), extracts standing water with truck-mounted extractors, documents the scope with moisture readings and photos, removes unsalvageable wet materials per IICRC S500 categories, and sets initial air movers and dehumidifiers. This is the most time-critical phase — every hour matters before mold growth begins (24–48 hours).

Step 3 — Structural Drying (3–5 days)

Crews monitor moisture content daily, reposition equipment, log dry standards, and verify drying with pin and pinless meters until each affected material reaches its pre-loss moisture content. We do not declare drying complete based on visible appearance — we declare it complete based on documented numbers.

Step 4 — Remediation (if needed)

If contamination is Category 2 or 3, or if mold is present, we transition to IICRC S520-compliant remediation: containment, negative-pressure HEPA filtration, structural cleaning, EPA-registered antimicrobials, and verified clearance before reconstruction begins.

Step 5 — Reconstruction

Drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinetry, paint, and finish carpentry restored to like-kind, like-quality. Photos document each phase for your adjuster. Final walkthrough verifies the property is back to pre-loss condition.

Step 6 — Insurance Billing

We work with all insurance companiesly using Xactimate. You pay your deductible and any excluded items. Most jobs close within 30–60 days of completion.
