Use of This Website

This website provides information about our water damage restoration services and a means to request dispatch. By using this site you agree to use it for legitimate inquiry purposes and not to scrape, harvest, or attempt to compromise it.

Service Relationship

Visiting this website or submitting a contact form does not create a service contract. A service relationship begins only when you have signed a work-authorization agreement with a dispatched crew on site. That work-authorization document, not this website, governs the scope, schedule, billing, and warranty terms of any work performed.

Insurance Billing

We bill insurance carriers directly where the policy and adjuster permit. Property owners remain responsible for any deductibles, depreciation, and amounts the carrier denies or excludes.

Warranty

Specific warranty terms are stated in the signed work-authorization for each job. IICRC S500 mitigation work and S520 mold remediation work follow the documentation and verification standards of those guidelines.
